In the course of time, someone may file a case against you for breach of contract and specific performance. If you signed a contract and you iolated any of its provisions thatmay cause damage to a contracting party, you may be sued for damage to a contracting party, you may be sued for damages. If you commit fraud in a contractual setting that gives rise to financial obligation to another person, you are likely to be sued for yur acts. A suit may be filed against you tp nullify a contract if the consent of a party to te contract was vitated by fraud. For fraud to vitiate the consent of a contracting party you must have employed fraud or insidious words or machinations. Additionally, the fraud you committed must be serious and must induce the other party to enter into the contract. The prevailing paintiff could win subtantial damages that may expose your assets to the judgement creditor. Failure to know contract law coould lead to lawsuits that will threaten your estate.
