Reading books inspires me and make me thought that I canbe successful someday. I like reading books of different people success. Like Dennis C Carey’s CEO Succession which I have search first in the internet about him being an author of a CEO successions. The book is very informative and give many information to different CEO’s. Where the author Carey and Ogden tell their stories and personal interviews with their own behind-the-scenes work with different CEO’s and directors of the leading companies wh show the world to articulate the field-tested strategies.
They even write the techniques of boards their need to create a systematic and transparent planning process that promotes a seamless transition of leadership at every level in the organization. The books also shows the up-close look at differnt companies.
